Biomesh anti insect screening
Redpath Level 2 Quarantine approved Biomesh is a long-life UV stabilised monofilament yarn. It is a tightly woven commercial horticultural grade textile specifically for use as a pest control fabric. Biomesh may be used outdoors over a simple framework or used within greenhouse to cover ventilation, doors or window openings.
Biomesh Insect screening can exclude many varieties of aphids, white fly, and other small common pests. The mesh size opening is shown below. Please check with your consultant if the Biomesh mesh opening average is sufficiently small to restrict the pest you don’t desire!
The colour is “natural” and allows excellent light transmission, with a shade factor of 10-12% nominal.ย Biomesh may be secured to your structure by simple battens or using the Redpath Duralock clipping systems (see link below)
Biomesh is available in three widths and has mesh/hole opening size as below:

Mesh opening size .28mm x .78mm ย (146 GSM) in standard width of 5.5m wide . Limited stocks
You can order Biomesh in increments of 1m to any length you desire, We cut to the length the various widths. The full roll length is 100m, although longer and wider rolls can be supplied via our fabrication service.ย
