Delivery terms & conditions

The seller will make all reasonable efforts to have the goods delivered to the buyer on the date agreed between the parties to be the date of delivery.

Product time frames

Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch it to you as follows:

  • General goods, Textiles, Plastics, Accessories, Glasshouses up to 2 working days
  • Film and textile cuts up to 5 working days
  • Cloche systems has a manufacturing lead time of up to 5 working days
  • PolyGlasshouse or Polycarbonate Houses has a manufacturing lead time of up to 5 working days
  • Raised gardens has a manufacturing lead time of 5 working days
  • Domestic Greenhouses/Tunnelhouses/Shadehouses has a manufacturing lead time of 5-10 working days
  • Larger semi-commercial buildings has a manufacturing lead time of up to 30-35 working days

Note: Your order will be dispatched as one order, so will be up to (largest) working days from list above. Eg: Accessories + Domestic Greenhouse = up to 5-10 working days
Delivery is 3-5 working days for most parts of the country. Delivery to rural addresses and the lower South Island can take up to 10 days depending on your proximity from delivery depot.
Our team will be in contact with you to advise a delivery timeframe and any special delivery instructions.

The delivery address and service options is selected solely by the buyer. If the delivery service or options chosen do not match the clients delivery details / needs the additional cost is to the buyer.
For example if the goods require specialist unloading equipment or manpower then any additional cost is to the buyer. The Seller uses an ‘average freight rate calculator” to estimate freight costs.
If the buyers property or site access location is beyond the local freight companies delivery range or service area there may be an additional delivery cost(s) and these will be to the buyers care.

Delivery Destinations

Redpath Pacific Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to have the goods delivered to you on the date agreed between the parties to be the date of delivery and or dispatch. Redpath Pacific Ltd is responsible for unloading of all goods.
Our delivery option is available within New Zealand to physical residential or commercial addresses only. Our delivery service cannot deliver to PO Box addresses to ensure your product arrives safely.
For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order.
Delivery will be by courier or by any delivery service as chosen by Redpath Pacific Ltd.
For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand please enter the details of your mainland shipping agent as the delivery address in checkout. Redpath Pacific Ltd’s responsibility for this product shall cease on delivery of the order to your nominated shipping agent.
We will endeavor to dispatch your order sooner than estimated and will email you a tracking number for your order as soon as we have it on hand.

Delivery note: someone needs to be home and 1-2 people will be required to help unload from delivery vehicle for larger items such as Raised gardens, Domestic Greenhouses / Tunnelhouses / Shadehouses, or any products that do not meet the health & safety lifting requirements. (We will contact you if any special requirements is needed)
If you have selected the Depot collect: All delivery depot collections need to be collected within 5 working days of your order being scanned at delivery depot.
We will contact you when your order is ready for dispatch to confirm that the depot collection timeframe is suitable.

  • Goods may be delivered in instalments, and in such case each delivery shall be regarded as a separate contract and goods delivered shall be paid for accordingly. The failure to make any delivery shall not vitiate the contract as to other deliveries.
  • Notwithstanding any provisions as to the date of shipment an delivery, shipments or deliveries may be totally or partially suspended by the Seller during any period in which the Seller may be prevented from delivering through any circumstances outside its (reasonable) control – including but not limited to any: fire, accident, earthquake, flood, crime, war, blockage, civil commotion, epidemic, strike, lockout, labour dispute (whether or not at the works of the manufacture), shortage of fuel, power or raw materials or inability to obtain transport, and no such suspension shall entitle the buyer to cancel this contract or to refuse to accept delivery of the goods.
  • If the Buyer specifically requests the Seller to leave Materials outside the Seller’s premises for collection or to deliver the Materials to an unattended location then such Materials shall always be left at sole risk of the Buyer and it shall be the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the Materials are insured adequately or at all. In the event that such Materials are lost, damaged or destroyed then replacement of the Materials shall be at the Buyer’s expense.
