How Do I Shop Online?

Step 1:
Either navigate throughout all our pages, or simply click on (search symbol) below About us on left menu. Enter the product name into the search field to find what you’re after, then enter. This will show a range of pages to choose from. Select a page you want. Read page and scroll down to the products.
When you find the item that you want to buy online, click either ‘Add to cart’ button or open drop boxes to select which product you want, then click button ‘Add to cart’

Step 2:
To continue shopping, just navigate to the next product that you want and repeat the above steps.
You can either continue shopping or head to ‘View Cart’ on top right corner of page

Step 3:
This page asks you to confirm your cart.
The product/s you have selected to buy will be listed along with the quantities you entered.
You can edit quantities by changing the number and clicking ‘Update cart’. You can also remove an item from your cart by clicking on the red x.

Step 4:
Scroll down to Cart totals (NZD), Open drop down box to select your region and click ‘Update’ button
Click delivery option to calculate delivery

Step 5:
Click ‘Proceed to checkout’, Fill all details *
Note: if your delivery address is different to your billing address, tick the  Deliver to a different address? Then enter the delivery details
Scroll down to Your order (NZD)
Please check again that all details of your order and delivery / collection are as expected

Step 6:
Select payment method

 – If you have selected Direct bank transfer, you will need to make your payment directly into our bank account: 01-0666-0108798-00. Use Order ID as reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. and clicking ‘Place order.

 – If you have selected Credit card, enter your card details in the form shown and clicking ‘Place order’. All of your details will be encrypted.

 – If you have selected Paypal, you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Do not click refresh or exit the browser window until you receive a response message from the website. If the payment does not process correctly you will receive the following notification on-screen: “There was a problem with some of the information entered. Please re-enter your details that is missing.

When payment has been successfully processed your order will appear on the screen and we will email you your order confirmation.

How do I check my order status?
We will email you the progress of your order and email you when your order is either ready for collection or dispatched, and will email you the tracking details of your order
